Cyst in ovary
I have a cyst in my ovary .Please find the attached report bit confused whether it needs to be removed

if you do not have any symptoms you may try duoluton-L for one cycle (21 days) and undergo repeat scan( TVS ) after3- 5th day of withdrawal period.it may resolve spontaneously if it is simple cyst.

Your blood reports are fine, but your ultrasound shows left ovarian cyst. You need to get a repeat scan done within 15 days from a good Sonologist to find out the exact size and type of cyst, considering the current ultrasound report it should be removed
