Can I conceive naturally or go through IUI or IVF?
My AMH is 2.68
My laproscopy report--- Uterus normal size, restricted mobility. There was endometriotic areas over the left utrasacral ligaments at the insertion to the cervix. Right posterior leaf of broad ligament also contained Scattered endometriotic spots and spots in the pouch of Douglas as well. There are some free blood stained fluid in the pouch of Douglas. Ovaries look normal but the tubes are convoluted and there was hold up of dye both sides SMH free spill of dye from both sides.

You can conceive normally but the factors to be considered will be,
a) how long have you been married?
b) how much you are worried about your not conceiving.
One significant factor is that your tubes are convoluted and there is a hold up of the dye for some time. Chances of ectopic pregnancy are there which will be circumvented by IVF.

How long you are trying to conceive ?
Have u taken any treatment ?
To conceive naturally or through IUI or through IVF
depends on these questions and also other parameters like husband semen analysis , ur antral follicular count ,whether u are ovulating monthly or not??
So just with this information, we cant suggest on a particular treatment
