Endometriosis Bilateral cyst
Does Endometriosis cyst in both ovaries makes it difficult to get pregnant for first time parent. Also if AMH level is 1.20 then IVF is only the option? Can't a natural pregnancy is considered? What if couple has not tried yet to get pregnant?then does IVF is only the option? Please suggest!

Please first make an attempt to become pregnant. If you fail in spite of six months trial then you should consult with a Gynaecologist. Don't go for investigations to start with.
