Endometrial polyp causes heavy bleeding in the patient, that should be removed. And the ovarian cyst is initially treated with medication , even after 3 months if it remains or rapidly grows in size it has to be removed.

Ovary has simple cyst ,can be treated with medicine.
If the size increase or pain happens then surgery is required
