Enamel chipped off
My bottom incissor enamel chipped off from top surface . touching with tongue goves a feel that the tooth has become hollow . i want to know what are the teasons for this kind of chipping . i was biting a choclate with the tooth .

If the bite is on weakest area of the tooth..it ll be chipped off. Brittleness of the tooth may be due to low calcium levels,decayed tooth,erosion of tooth surface .etc..

If the chip is very small it can be rounded off. If it is larger or there is a cavity associated with it, you can get a ceramic filling done there.
