Enamel erosion
Doctor said my enamel is damaged because of harsh brushing and nothing can be done to reverse it. My teeth have become translucent , yellowish and sensitive. Can my enamel regrow? Or there's a solution to this problem

Greetings !!! I have gone through your problem there is no product to regrow your enamel but enamel calcification quality can be improved by using a paste called toothmin, Use soft brush , and no need to brush for long time only 2 min of brushing with proper technique is enough. Dont use horizontal brushing use vertical brushing insted in seperqte upper and lower jaw If you have some acid reflux problem then it may also affect your enamel, avoid carbonated soft drinks. Hope this will help you

Hi,     There is a solution to every problem so don't worry. Enamel doesn't regrow. What we can do is first prevent it form getting damaged further and second reconstruct what's lost. Modify your habits- - Change your brushing style from horizontal to vertical. - Use a soft tooth brush. - Use a gel toothpaste or if your teeth feel sensative, use an antisensitive toothpaste. - If you suffer from acidity you have to keep it under check. - Avoid foods like, sour foods or drinks, carbonated drinks, fried foods and too much sugary foods. - Do not eat snacks before or after meals.Having snacks sometime before or after meals keeps oral pH low for longer and weakens enemel. For brushing technique you can watch the video in the link below https://youtu.be/yjzgf6mttb8

There are definitely a number of solutions to this problem. To start with- 1. Use a brush with soft bristles. 2. Use a toothpaste with features like- low abrasive content, regular fluoride content and nitrate content (these shall reduce your tooth loss and help in reducing sensitivity) 3. Avoid too hot or too cold food and beverages for the time being. Basic Treatment considerations- 1. In case of mild sensitivity- Veneers or Crowns are advisable 2. In case of moderate to severe sensitivity- RCT followed by a crown is advisable
