Embryo transfer on 10,TSH is 4.482
Hello doc, Is TSH level 4.482 okay to proceed with embryo transfer in ivf procedure. My transfer is on 10 April and got TSH tested yesterday.

Are you already on any thyroxine medicine??? If so increase the dose 12.5 mcg, and plan embryo transfer, its not very high, less than 5 is okay but has to be around 2.5

Your TSH level is high. It is better to be on Tab Thyronorm 100 mcg for about one month before you go for IVF

Not an Issue, but you may require  a mild corrective dose of Thyronorm  from now.
