Elevated Bilirubin Levels & Low VitaminD
Hello Doctor, I have been getting medical tests done regularly (once a year) and have noticed that my Bilirubin levels are always elevated. Almost everything else is fine, but just this always. Recently when I got tests done it was at 2.57 Total, 0.63 Direct and 1.94 Indirect. Also, 25-OH Vitamin D Total was at 8.99ng/ml which is very low as part the normal range of 30-100ng/ml. Is this something to be concerned about? Do I need to change something around? I already am a fairly active person who does about 10 hours of yoga asana practice week. Thanks & Regards Rahul
