Electrolyte imbalance
Can i please be guided how electrolyte imbalance feels like. I get random imbalance feeling, a fluttering kind of feeling in chest, sometimes thud feeling. Potassium is 3.5 and other electrolytes are in normal range. Ecg echo tmt all tests are done and are normal. Mets was 13 around in tmt. I have become very very troubled due to all these things, it is hampering my daily life, can do anything due to fear of cardiac arrest. Every second of the day I'm busy with these thoughts. Yesterday ecg said early repolarization along with normal ecg and sinus rhythm. And google says that it can cause sudden cardiac arrest.

Electrolyte imbalance can manifest in various ways depending on which electrolytes are affected. Your electrolytes are in normal range and your other investigations are also normal. These symptoms might be because of anxiety. You need to consult a psychiatrist.
Next Steps
Don’t google your symptoms. Google is not a reliable source

Experiencing symptoms like fluttering or thudding sensations in the chest can indeed be distressing, and it's understandable that you're feeling troubled by these sensations. While electrolyte imbalances can sometimes contribute to such symptoms, it's important to consider other factors as well, especially since your electrolyte levels, as per your potassium level of 3.5, are within the normal range.
