Elbow pain and shoulder pain
Sir, i was facing pain in elbow with pain while holding or gripping from the wrist since 10 days.
Im having a job which requires lot of exertion with my rt hand. The pain doesnt interefere with my job, only difficulty was with holding anything from my hand. Now after 10 days , my pain has radiated to my shoulder. There is tenderness in my shoulder as well as in elbow in the bony prominence. Pls help.
