Egg ruptured ,timely intercourse
I was on letrozole for 2nd day till 5 th day of my cycle..3 egg ruptured on day 11 .endo metrium thickness was 10mm, had timely intercourse before ,on day of ovulation and after ovulation still got periods and not got pregnant
I do not hv pcos
Regular cycle 25 to 28 days
Cycle length 3-4 days
Trying from last 3 month
Semen analysis report normal
Can there be any other issue due to which I am unable to achieve pregnancy pls guide,

U have to keep on trying for atleast 12 months to investigate further. Chances of conception is only 20 % per cycle. By the end of 1 year 80 percent of the couples conceive. Rest 20 percentage conceive in next year if all other factors affecting fertility is within normal limit. My advice would be to try naturally for at least another 6 months

U can get a test called hsg to see if tubes are open or closed
