Egg rupture during ovulatiom

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Till 18mm to 20mm egg size follicular study was doing by doctor in my hospital and then they giving tablets for 10 days.But how to know whether the egg is getting ruptured or not once it reaches maximum size as doctor is not performing any follicular study after 20 mm egg size.Married since 1.5 yrs still no pregnancy and might be due to egg is not ruptured properly during ovulation.Could you please any body let me know how to confirm whether egg is rupturing or not.
