Follicular not rupture
I got treatment for PCOD from Oct 2024 to Dec 2024 and it was successful. Then from January 2025 I was given letrozole 2.5mg and follicular study was not done. Then in February 2025 I was given letrozole and on the 11th day in the follicular study the follicular size was 22 mm so on the same day I was given an injection of HCG 10000 IU. There was no follicular rupture and a hemorrhage cyst was formed. Then in March I was given clomid 100 mg for 5 days. On the 10th day of period, in follicular study, follicular of 10 mm in lo and 16, 13 mm in ro were formed, so injection of hmg 150 iu was given on 10th and 11th day of period. Then in follicular study on 13th day, follicular of 15 mm in lo and 28,23,14 mm in ro were found, so at the same time injection of hcg 10000 iu was given, but still the follicular rupture did not happen. Now 2nd day of period letrozole 2.5 mg has been given for 10 days and along with that injection of hmg 150 iu was given on 4th day and 7th day. Please help me

Such queries are difficult to be solved online. Bcoz the gynecologist has to decide the dose of tablets according to ur 2nd day USG report. Rather if u can get the scan done somewhere ...I can prescribe u tablets and exact dosing.
