Effect of anti fungal medicines on sperm
Upon examination my gynae found out that I am having fungal infection in vaginal area.She has prescribed me the attached medicines and cream to be applied locally.We are also trying for a baby.Would these medicines/cream be affecting the sperm quality of my partner??

Local application Cream / pessary will effect sperms but as you are taking oral antifungal agents not to plan pregnancy while on medications

Yes. Antifungal cream will affect the quality of sperm.
There are very few bland cream and ointment which can work as lubricant and not affect sperm quality.
Medicated creams will affect sperms.
