If beta HCG is below 1.2 and after a month Urine pregnancy test also comes to be negative. Is there any chance of ectopic pregnancy?

Such clarification should be asked on case to case basis. A standard answer for a question like B HCG less than 1.2 and urine test being negative for pregnancy means nothing. 2 to 3 percentage of ectopic pregnancy would have a negative  blood and Urine Pregnancy test
