The first thing is, "Is pregnancy possible?' With beta HCG level of 1.20 miu my first impression will be that you are not pregnant. Please repeat beta HCG level after 2 days. If it has increased substantially then you should get a sonography (TVS) done.

With this report of beta HCG u are not pregnant so ectopic pregnancy can not happen. But in chronic ectopic beta HCG can be negative
