Ectopic pregnancy and methotrexate
Hi i had ectopic pregnancy and given with methotrexate around 8 weeks on 16th aug.bleeding from 18th to 25th .. bhcg reduced from 2284 to 146. Now scan shows no fetal or sac but lesion is there. I have attached the report. Whether this will dissolve in next periods or do i need further more treatment like d &c .occasionally, Im having mild right abdominal pains like pinching

DNC will not help in an ectopic pregnancy
Since the bhcg titers are showing a declining Trend you need to continue monitoring of beta HCG Titers till 0 level

The size of the lesion as per ultrasound scan is about 5 ml (volume). If it is in the tube it may get expelled subsequently. You should follow it up with weekly sonography.
