Ecosprin 75 during pregnancy

Asked for Male, 29 Years

My wife is conceived and she is in 8th week now.. Earlier she had 2 abortions duo to chickenpox and ectopic pregnancy.. Actually in present pregnancy she is taking gestofit 200mg SR , folic acid and thyroid tablets. Kindly advice me ,is it necessary to use ecosprin 75mg( doctor advaised).. Please explain it..
