Concentric left ventricular hypertrophy plus grade 1 diastolic dysfunction is usually associated with long standing blood pressure.Cardiologist consultation is advised for further management.
Features in echo suggest a period of long standing hypertension.no cause for worry, but cardiologist opinion is best, especially since you also have palpitations.
