Today i was travelling by bus.. i had some chest discomfort but i ignored it as i had stomach trouble last night... after 2 hours I started feeling uneasy- i felt as if i couldnt understand whats happening around me, i felt confused and sleepy.. tried to feel my pulse- it felt faint n weak though on checking it was around 85... after 1 hour i got better. When i got off buss I thought to get an ekg done which is attached below.. is there any correlation between ekg n symptoms mine

One centimetres mey one mm cube it's impossible to read exactly at least for me as I a sr citizen in cataract developing phase.
