I done ECG ,and it show sinus tachycardia and right axis deviation,I'm very anxious that time ,when i measure pulse and heart rate at home it show 70 to 75 most of the time ,this is my first time ECG that's why I'm very afraid that time but after that my pulse and heart rate comes to normal suddenly ,help me ,what is the causes,for this in very thankful to you .

need not worry, as this might be due to the anxiety of getting an ECG for the first time.
Nevertheless would like to know why you had to take the ECG in the first place.
