I think you are asking this for 3rd time since yesterday. ECG is fine. If you are sooo much worried then get it repeated. Get 2D echo also done....get cardiac biomarkers blood test done. Get High sensitivity CRP done. Go visit a cardiologist. Taking unnecessary stress is of no use . Asking questions is for free over here that's why you are taking advantage. Why didn't you ask the doctor who treated you yesterday. Stop over thinking ok.
