You got your ECG done as a part of self-medication. There are many other investigations which pertain to the heart. Please get those also done , again as a part of self-medication. I am sure if you scan the Google Chrome you  find some information on how to interpret the investigations. You can interpret your investigations also as a part of your self-medication. If you get the answer to your questions,  be happy. Or else get out of your self-medication mode and consult a Clinician.
