Eating rice and chapathi at once...???
Can i eat rice and chapathi both together at once at a time...??? What will happen...??? Is there any digestive problems...???

Eat rice at the starting of food then chapati it will give you idea about your correct appetite... Eating only rice or only chapati or both is non problematic outside konkan goa Kerala andhra tamilnadu etc like places... In these region various kinds of rice products are more suitable....
