Eating non veg, fever
Hi I am Murali Krishna, 39 yrs old. Is it safe eating non veg when I have fever. Some says i should not. Please help Regards Murali

Depends on the type of non-veg you are taking. You should avoid it if it is oily or too spicy, because you won’t be able to digest it properly while having a fever . However easily digestible foods like chicken soup are considered to be very healthy & should be taken during a fever.

Yes you can have whatever food you want. However it is advised to avoid oily and less spicy. Give preference to easily digestible food.
