Eating boiled potatoes and white rice .
Is there any issue to consume potato boiled and white rice as a pre workout in the morning. As I go for a workout around 5:00 a.m. is it good to take potato and white rice at 4:00 a.m. does it cause any health issue.

when it comes to rice & potatoes as they both are high in energy, starch & carbs they are very calorie dense as a pre-workout out food and usually not recommended
