I am 5week 4 days pregnant and had done my ultrasound on 4th july in which gestational sac is 6.3 mm and yolk sac was present suddenly on 5th july i started bleedy discharge while whipping in evening then i rush to doctor for another test in which gestational sac is 7.3 mm but not yolk sac and fetal pole found ....is it a miscarriage?

If bleeding is controlled please wait and repeat the usg after 7-10 days for the yolk sac and cardiac activity

You need to share the details of the ultrasound
at 6 weeks fetal pole should be present
if the fetal pole is not present at 6 weeks then it is an unfruitfull pregnancy
