Do I need to have an empty stomach for ultrasound for early pregnancy or is it that I need to drink more water

Foreign ultrasound early pregnancy there is no need to do fasting you can eat and drink whatever you feel like... also if it is the first scan or early pregnancy scan a full bladder is needed so you need to drink lots of water
