Early pregnancy angular
SGestational sac 2: Located eccentrically in upper part of uterine cavity, towards right side. Overlying myometrial thickness is 3.1 mm- Previously was around 5-6 mm - has reduced on present study. This findings are s/o angular pregnancy - normal variant of intrauterine pregnancys. Decidual reaction is good A single fetal pole is seen with a CRL of 14.4 mm corresponding to 7 weeks 5 days +/- 1 week. A yolk sac is seen. Cardiac activity is visualized. FHR is 167 BPM - is within normal limits. My question is What are the chances that will grow inside i mean migrate Is it risky ? Have anyone see cases like this and what happen in most cases ? Can it be normal? Currently it is 8 week

Chances of migration of this embryo are nil. You should consult with your Gynaecologist. He is the best person to advise you because he has been seeing you ever since you conceived.

Dear to-be Mom :) Let me reassure you that an angular pregnancy though uncommon, is a variant of a NORMAL pregnancy which are capable of progressing to a healthy delivery. The important thing here is to distinguish it from a tubal pregnancy which is a seperate entity with a very different management and risk profile. A reliable ultrasound like you have shared is usually sufficient to distinguish between the two. However, as no imaging modality is foolproof and since the thickness seems to be reducing, it would be advisable to repeat the usg in another 7-10 days. A 3D usg would be more accurate in that case. Since the heartbeat of the other twin hasnt yet been visualised, a repeat ultrasound in another 7-10 days is anyways recommended. In the meanwhile please avoid any strenous activity or lifting heavy weights. Be aware of any stomach pain, vaginal bleeding or dizziness. If you experience any such features or discomfort of any form, do consult a doctor physically to get checked out. Wishing you a smooth and healthy pregnancy.
Next Steps
Repeat ultrasound, monitor symptoms
Health Tips
Watch for any unusual symptoms as described above.
