She got her first period in November and their was no menstrual cycle for almost 4 months and again she got it in March. Is it a issue to be diagnosed or it's due to early arrival of them so she is having a disruptive gap?

After monarche the cycles will be anovulatory means there will not be regular release of egg or ovum from the ovary
So there will be irregular cycles
Can take up to 2 years for regular cycles to establish
Nothing to worry
