  4. Eardrum swollen. I dont even know why.

Each year my eardrum gets swollen dueing winters. Yesterday night it happened and i dont even know why.

It's not very clear from your description..as I understood that you might have developed acute otitis externa or congestion in the ear drum.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
