  4. Ear pain due to ear phone. Appreciated.

Ear pain due to ear phone
Hello Doc, I have heard a some lecture on system wearing headphones without proper sponge on it for one hour at high volume, in the middle my left ear started paining, I have stopped earphones or headphones since then but my ear is still paining when I try to listen via ear phones... Anything serious problem here... Any help is greatly appreciated...

It's not a good idea to use ear phones at high volume. It may damage your ears. Consult an ENT for baseline work up
