Please mention the duration of pressure/fullness in the ear. Have you suffered from a common cold/nasal complaints recently? Any associated pain? H/o ear discharge in the past?
For now, please take steam inhalation and decongestant nasal drops to relieve the pressure in the ear (if there is a history of cold in the past few days) and a pain killer SOS (not more than three in a day and avoid empty stomach)

Please visit an ENT specialist for complete examination and to rule out any other cause of aural fullness/pressure/ obstruction in the canal. You may also require some hearing tests.
