Hi There. This is Dr Satya Kiran ENT Surgeon from Hyderabad. As mentioned by u, in pregnancy, the immunity status is low. U haven't mentioned about the gestational status duration / pregnancy duration.
Usually it would be a temporomandibular joint infection presenting as ear pain.
In pregnancy better to avoid medication is right, but simple oral hygiene & care along with salt water mouth gargles should help. If the pain is a bit severe, paracetamol is an option. However ENT consultation to prove joint infection is recommended
