I have dust allergy I have been suffering for almost 8years, I used to take medications like montek lc and allegra but the allergy will come back again, I recently took blood test report which shows high igE level and CHOLESTROL level is also high(check out the photos), previously I had low rbc level but now it is good, so I want permanent solution or proper guide line for the dust allergy( please don't simply say to just avoid the allergy )and help me to reduce the ldl level Thank you

Yes ! So avoiding ( exposure prevention ) the dust is actually one of the most important Step in management of Allergies , tab Montek LC is an effective medicine in controlling Symptoms . Regarding LDL cholesterol levels , medicines are needed but need Proper Medical History , although Daily Basis Moderate Exercise like Brisk Walking for 30 minutes with YOGA will definitely help in lowering down.
