Duphaston has no definite role in aiding pregnancy in a pcos patient trying to conceive with a natural cycle. You will not get your periods till you are on duphaston. Please stop the medicine and wait for your periods to come. If they don’t come within a week then please repeat a urine pregnancy test with the first morning sample.

Hi Duphaston is basically a progesterone support for supporting ur pregnancy if u get pregnant. Stop it after u have a negative pregnancy test , once u miss ur period . If ur periods are regular then ok . But if they are irregular then u might need other medicines also .
