Dull pain in Teeths
Dear Doc,
From last 1 month i hv constant dull pain in my upper & lower molars and premolars of both sides. Doc check but they cudnt find anythng, can it be periodontal problems or any other reason. Pl help

I would recommend you to get an full mouth x ray done...sometimes there are problems which cannot be diagnosed easily and x rays can guide us well..
Your pain can be related to periodontal issue or may be jaw pain also because of jaw muscles as well or can be some other reason.

Dull pain can be mainly because of periodontal issues only... But there can be many reasons... If we can see clinically then we can come out with a proper diagnosis and treatment plan... As your age is 30years. You need to take care of your teeth as early as possible...
