Dull itching in left ear and throat

Asked for Male, 48 Years

I have very mild itching in left ear and throat occasionally during the day from last 6 wk or so .I have been diagnosed by pharyngitis in April after taking antibotics its subsidise and again their is irretation . I am currently taking PAN D, montair fx , zimcovit and spetanil and gargle but still occasionally there is itching. I am attaching pic of my throat for evaluation. Due to mirror image in pl see right side .Pl advice way forward I am feed up .

This problem could be because of reflux and Gerd, continue with PanD and take Syp Gaviscon 2 tsf thrice daily after meals
