Dull ache in my groin area
Hello doctors I'm 19 weeks pregnant, I'm having a dull ache/ discomfort in my groin area especially when I'm sitting . I'm taking all the supplements like folic acid calcium and iron as prescribed and doing stretching exercises as suggested. Please advice me on this .

This could be due to physical exertion or you might have done some stretches in wrong way.
Next Steps
Take some rest. Withhold stretching for a week. continue supplements. Add vit D3 sachet once a week with a glass of water for four weeks.
