Dryness rash on eyelids & under the eyes

Experiencing dryness and rashes on eyelids and under the eyes. Also due to this getting itching. Which ointment or cream to be applied ? Can a moisturizer be applied ? Regards

Hi.. Any OTC available undereye moisturizing cream can be applied. But too much dryness esp in male . You can see a skin doctor.
