Inner corner of my eyes feels dry. I can feel air from fan hitting this area. This does not go away even after putting artificial tears. This area burn for a minute. After that the problem continues.
This problem is even intensified in sunlight.
What should I do? What can be the reason? Is this evaporative or less tear production Dry eye problem.
I have been facing dry eye problem for about 1 year.

Sir it seems like a severe dry eye syndrome. Go for a complete evaluation for the same from any nearby Ophthalmologist. Few lifestyle modifications and changes in working pattern will help.
Few instructions:
1. Follow 20-20 rule. After every 20 minutes of any near work say laptops, mobile or reading take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away.
2. Frequently blink your eyes while working, if not possible to remind yourself to blink then at least after 30 minutes of your work slowly close your eyes 10 times.
3. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day
4. Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours
5. Do not rub the eye
6. Use anti reflective coated glasses if you have spectacles
7. Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds)
8. Dark protective goggles whenever you step outside in sun
9. Never ride two wheelers without helmet

YESNO
It appears to be dry eye, if no response to artificial tears alone..then needs complete evaluation.
