Hi 👋, I am hari. i having a issue of Dry throat and Dry Eyes for a 3years ago. If i go bed, i wake up automatically after 6 to 7 hour max. after i feel very dry in my mouth/throat and dry eyes too. its been around 3 years i suffering the same.
I consulted eye doctor, they prescribed some eye drops. i used in a month no luck. I consulted ENT, they given some medications for dry throat. i used in a month no luck.
Please someone can suggest something. Maximum i can sleep around 6 to 7 hrs.

6:7 hrs sleep is considered adequate at your age, during day time have plenty of liquids which will hydrate every part of body, however moisturizing eye drops are ok to use , see if you are medicine for cold cough or acidity they all can cause dryness

Keep yourself hydrated and use lubricating eye drops twice daily , avoid exposure to dust
Reconsult with Ophthalmologist and ENT specialist
