I have been having a dry lips. One of my suspect is lack of water. Is it possible?

Yes, optimum water intake is necessary to maintain moisture in your lips. Again with using lip balm or Vaseline jelly or vitamin E oil would lock the moisture to prevent it from drying up. With a caution to not lick your lips. Vitamin b complex helps to maintain optimum cell growth and maintainance .
