Dry eye problem
I have used couple of drops.But my dry eyes felt only more dry after that.Is this dry eye condition cannot be cured at ll.

Dry eye management required continuous medication. There is no one time cure for it. The treatment has to be fine tuned from time to time. Have a realistic approach and make a holistic plan including environmental management. You may read articles related to this in the Practo Feed.

Some lifestyle modification may help- like While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. To consult sos/local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist or worsen.

Hi Since you're an IT professional, the dry eye you're experiencing can be occupational, that is due to more screen time. However there are several other pathological causes of dry eye , that need to be diagnosed and treated on a case to case basis.

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 4 times a day. There are various methods of controlling Dry eyes.Do not worry. Pl Blink frequently. Hydrate yourself. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
