Dry cough since month
Hi doctor, My wife age 32, non smoker, having dry cough since 1 month all most. She cough after evey 30 min. When she cough, it goes for 4 5 seconds. She doesn't have any other symtoms. We had met pulmonary specialist and first visit he prescription some antibiotics and in 2nd visit( after 2 week) did xray. Xray came normal. Later he changed medicine and provided new ones. Cough was relived bit after that but from last 4 days again coughing. It is more when she llying down. I am worried... Attaching last prescription for refernce. Please advise She is just taking inhaler twice a days. All other medciine course are over.

Need more information on her symptoms. Though difficult to say based on just this input, sounds like allergic cough. However, other causes of cough have to be ruled out before we call it allergic cough.

She needs to undergo a PFT to understand if she is asthmatic or is it just post viral inflammation cough..
