Dry Cough Only
I am having dry cough since morning. I have taken Solspre yesterday night. Is it its effect or something else? There is no fever . Help me since I am really worried

Dry cough is due to throat irritation due to various causes like infection, allergies, reflux, etc. As you don't have any other symptoms to suggest infection, it is bit difficult to tell you the exact cause at present, without talking to you.
You may observe it for few days to subside with home remedy like salt water gargles and steam inhalation.

Acidity has such symptoms. Take antacids for 15 days atleast twice daily before meal. And even after the symptoms persist consult an ENT for further examination and evaluation
