Dry cough in cold air from last 2 months
I am having dry cough which is triggered with cold air( when i stay in A/C), it's been almost 2 months. Also i have mild pain in chest and sometimes feel like burning, it's mild but i can feel that! I have consulted with doctors, they say it's a post covid. I was taking 2-2 puffs of foracourt 200 and it helped stopping the cough and i could sleep in AC. But as soon as I completed my 14 days course and stopped taking the inhaler, dry cough has come back, I don't really see any improvement in it! It's been 2 months my sleep has affected a lot due to stress and anxiety. I am 32 and i had absolutely no health conditions before, infact i used to gym and was quite fit before the pandemic hit. I have done xray and ct scan two months ago nothing showed up, ct scan showed ct value zero. Oxygen level are 97-98, no shortness of breath. Crp, cbc, d-dimer, full body checkup with 85 parameters. Everything seems to be normal in reports. Can someone please suggest me how to get some relief?

1.cough is because of increased sensitivity to cold and dust..So start doing pranayama (breathing exercises),meanwhile avoid AC and don't sleep exactly under the fan 2.It is quite common in post covid patients. Generally it will be there for 3-4months 3.Permanent solution is start deep breathing exercises 4.Still if you are not satisfied go with online consultation
