Thereafter I did some workouts like skipping and running and resultantly my nose got dried completely and experiencing dry air from nose. In the mornings I cant even experience the fresh air. If I check my spo2 levels they are running from 97-99. I can taste but coming to smell I have to put something near to my nose. Please help me in this regard.
