Asthma or Nasal congestion
Dear doctors..Kindly help me here My brother is 29 y/o non smoker non drinker Since past few months he is saying that he gets tired easily and sometimes feel breathlessness while walking fast and feels nose blocked and takes breath from mouth. When i went to pulmonologist he prescribed inhaler + Anti allergice meds + Nose inhaler+ alot of  other meds and alot of tests. But when i went to one of the best ENT of gurgaon..He said all looks fine just some cold is there and just gave Oxyspray+ Ebast DC tablet. Chest xray normal ECG normal Now i am confused which doctor to follow. Please help me what to do

Hello sir, since you got an opinion from a chest physician with inhalers he might have asthma or something related to airways. The inhalers are to relive the symptoms if taken in the right way and regularly. To confirm the diagnosis some tests like PFT might be required. In Asthma mostly the chest X ray will be normal. Some details about the history also required to help the patient . ENT and Pulmo go hand in hand. He can have both.
