hello ! the symptoms you have mentioned are indicating PROSTRATE enlargement condition, where enlarged prostrate leads to failure in complete emptying of bladder and some part of urine remains and comes out when extra pressure is applied on the bladder like during sitting, coughing etc,. your condition can be completely cured through homoeopathy, but before consulting the doctor get USG ABDOMEN done to rule out the condition.
Next Steps
consult a good homoeopath in ur vicinity, or else u can consult me thru contact or mail i can guide u for the treatment.

Hi, your complaint might be benign prostate hypertrophy...due to the enlargement of prostate gland which is situated around your urethra compresses the urethra which is the tube which carries urine from bladder towards penis and out of the body...so it causes dribbling of urine....incomplete sensation after urinating... or it might be a urinary tract infection... first check 1. urine routine and culture....to rule out if any urine infection present... 2. blood test for PSA prostate specific antigen...which is a blood marker for prostate cancer which has the same symptoms like BHP. ( please dont panic...just to rule out...anything found at an early stage is good)... 3. USG- KUB...this is a scan that shows your kidney..... bladder....urethra....and prostate if enlarged size will be measured...
Next Steps
then go to a homoeopathy doctor for further treatment yours will be maximum BHP because this is a old age related disease ....we have very good homoeo medicines like sabal serrulata, chimaphila, works wonderfully...dont worry u will be fine...
Health Tips
try to hold for few mins and release the urine.....it helps to strengthen the bladder muscles...if it is UTI....cantharis is your medicine....
